Head of Export Sales

Currently, we are seeking a Head of Export Sales to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuously identify, plan, and execute sales activities to achieve sales forecasts, net margin targets, revenue goals, and market expansion;
- Cultivate and maintain strong relations with clients and partners to drive sales and identify growth opportunities;
- Develop business, grow the current client portfolio within the retail industry, and drive sales according to strategy and annual forecast;
- Develop strategic and operational goals for the distribution sales team;
Implements a system of motivation and performance indicators for subordinate personnel;
- Develop and implement procedures for regulations and business processes;
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of trade marketing activities;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, providing insights for product development and sales strategies;
- Prepare reports on sales forecasting and sales progress.

Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international company or in a local company operating in foreign markets;
- Has a proven experience in sales to the markets of Europe, the USA;
- Has a proven experience in B2B sales;
- Able to manage a substantial volume of information while multitasking;
- Has experience in project and team management;
- Very strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Able to establish and build business relations;
- Professional English, another language proficiency is a plus.
