Payments Product Manager (web)

In this role, you will:

— Dive deep into customer needs, monitor market trends, and forge strategic partnerships
— Cooperate with international providers of payment solutions
— Create a reporting system to monitor and obtain useful information for feature development
— Implement and manage anti-fraud mechanisms, including the integration of ML systems, to safeguard our payment ecosystem
— Utilize A/B testing methodologies to optimize payment pass-through rates, reduce chargeback rates, and enhance overall payment efficiency
— Integrate new payment providers and methods to expand our payment options and meet the ever-changing needs of our customers
— Streamline billing support functions through automation

It’s all about you:

— 3+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years in payment-related roles, coupled with 2 years of B2C market experience
— Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher
— Data-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
— Proven experience in conducting A/B tests and familiarity with PCI DSS audit requirements
— Familiarity with payment services such as CheckOut, Stripe, Exactly, Trustpay, Checkout champ, Clarify, and Inovio

Would be a plus:

— Proficiency in SQL or Python
— Active user of Tableau for data visualization and analysis
