SMM and PR Manager
WOWBODY is a dynamic startup in the fitness industry, dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through our innovative mobile application.
We are seeking a talented and passionate SMM&PR Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media, PR and communication strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive user acquisition for USA and other foreign markets for our fitness application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote our fitness application across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other media.
- Run the process of creating engaging and relevant content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) tailored to each social media platform to attract and retain followers.
- Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community management.
- Develop and implement PR plans to generate media coverage and increase brand awareness for our fitness application.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, influencers, and industry experts to secure press coverage and partnerships.
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to targeted media outlets, bloggers, and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, generate insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and fitness industry to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) working as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the fitness, health, or wellness industry for USA or EU markets.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials and pitches.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative campaigns and initiatives that align with business goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience measuring and analyzing PR performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Strong creative and analytical abilities, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate data into actionable insights.
