Marketing Director

As the Marketing Director at MobUpps, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategies to position us as a global leader in ad tech. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally to execute integrated campaigns, drive growth, and strengthen our brand presence.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and branding in the ad tech industry.
2. Led the marketing team in planning and executing integrated campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and events.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
5. Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and client success teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and client engagement initiatives.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry influencers, and media outlets, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
7. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, content, and messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition and resonates with target audiences.
8. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ad tech and performance marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
10. Mentor and develop the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and excellence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 4-5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the ad tech industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a collaborative and results-oriented approach to driving cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Figma etc.
