Our team continues to grow, and we are looking for a Marketing Creative Producer to spearhead innovation, drive creative excellence and shape a visionary creative strategy for our new FemHealth product.

Challenges you’ll meet:
• Analyze the audience, market segments, and competitors
• Define hypotheses for product offerings and messages for our target audience (TA)
• Expand our value proposition into different niches and market segments
• Plan and brief creative projects and facilitate brainstorming sessions
• Develop best-in-class creative reporting and briefings with our production team
• Manage and inspire a brilliant, talented team of data-driven designers
• Test and analyze the performance of creatives on a daily basis
• Scale them into new concepts with an ROI target
•Work collaboratively with the product team to optimize acquisition funnels

Your professional qualities:
• Experience in marketing within a rapidly growing technology or creative company
• The ability to demonstrate proven success cases where the results have yielded significant growth for your product
• Skilled in leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform and refine creative concepts
• In-depth understanding of the user journey
• Experience launching a project/marketing campaign/etc. from scratch
• Experience in leading projects
• Analytical mindset
• At least an upper-intermediate English level

Nice to have:
• Experience in Video and UGC Content Creation 
• Experience with apps 
• B2C niche experience
