Responsibilities
- Manage a team of highly skilled game programmers.
- Design and implementation of robust and innovative gameplay solutions.
- Мentor and motivatе team members, delivering detailed code reviews.
- Integrate 3rd party services such as API, SDKs, analytics, etc.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable codebase.
- Cooperate closely with other departments (design, animation, marketing etc).
- Make sure the games maintain excellent performance and a great user experience.
- Take ownership of major gameplay features.

Must have technical skills:
1. 3-5 years of experience in PixiJS specifically on mobile platforms.
2. 3 years experience of leading PixiJs team (at least 4 developers). is not a must criterion, but a big advantage
3. Experience with object-oriented programming, design patterns and data structures.
4. Keen attention to detail to identify even the smallest bugs and issues.
5. Experience in third party API and SDK integration.
6. Experience in Lazy loading.
7. Experience in Asset & Code optimization.
8. Good understanding of Blockchain Architecture.
9. Experience in implementation of responsive layouts.
10. Optimizing the game for the best performance on all supported devices.
