Middle React Web3 Developer

We are looking for a skilled Middle React Web3 Developer to join our CEX.IO team.
You will play a key role in Web3 product development using React and Web3.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in React;
- 1+ year experience with Web3.js and blockchain technologies;
- Experience with NextJS, Typescript;
- Strong familiarity with Web3 libraries such as Ethers.js and Wagmi.
- Comfort with working in sprint cycles and a willingness to tackle critical issues as they arise.
- Domain experience in crypto is a plus
- English - Upper intermediate

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team and architect software solutions that meet both technical and business requirements, ensuring optimal user experiences;
- Design and implement new functionality to enhance the capabilities of the by Web3 solution;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing IT infrastructure, integrate with services within the ecosystem, and with external services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards. Perform code reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members;
- Analyze complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance optimizations
