Technical Lead

We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Lead to enrich our team.
In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, guide development teams, and drive the implementation of cutting-edge solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, define architectural strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of exceptional software products.

Project Description: Our current project involves empowering oil and gas companies to produce clean energy through the application of AI and Computer Vision technologies, automating processes related to HSE, ESG, and operations.

Tech stack: NodeJS, JavaScript Core, Python, Browsers APIs, DOM, CSS, React.js (with hooks), RESTful API, NestJS, Prisma or Sequelize, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Docker, K8S, Helm, Jest.

REQUIREMENTS:

7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on leadership and technical expertise or a similar role
Proficiency in NodeJS, with a strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular
Strong experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL), API design, and integration
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, MVC), and best practices
Leadership qualities with a track record of successfully leading and guiding development teams
Ability to create and maintain roadmaps
Will be a plus:

Experience with Blockchain projects
Experience with Open AI products integrations
Knowledge of Python is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily work on web frontend and backend
Lead technical initiatives, guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define architectural strategies
Drive the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support development efforts
Select and evaluate appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the development process and maximize efficiency
Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation to ensure high standards of software craftsmanship
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and UX/UI designers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Prioritize long-term robustness and maintainability of systems through design principles, testing, and continuous improvement
Discuss, create, and support one roadmap for several teams
