Talent Sourcer/Recruiter (offline) $300-500
We are looking for a talented Talent Sourcer to help us attract the best talent to our company. Your main responsibility will be to proactively source, evaluate and select candidates for various positions.
You will work with HR Department ensuring the company's talent needs are met and ensuring the hiring process is completed successfully.
Requirements:
● Ability to utilize search engines and online resources to effectively source talent.
● Experience in utilizing social media and other channels to engage candidates.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Will be an Advantages:
● At least 6 months of experience in a Talent Sourcer or similar recruiting position.
Responsibilities:
● Proactively search for talent using various online platforms, social media, databases and other search tools.
● Evaluate candidates' resumes and application forms, conduct initial phone interviews to determine their suitability for the position.
● Establish and maintain communication with potential candidates, providing information about the company, vacancies and answering their questions.
● Preparing and updating the candidate database, documenting the recruitment process and other relevant documents.
● Ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of interaction with the company.
