Lead/Senior Full-stack PHP Developer (offline) $4000-6500

We're looking for a full-stack Lead/Senior PHP Developer to work for our customer (product company) and lead a team that creates e-commerce products and platforms.

It's an ideal opportunity for proactive Senior dev's who want to get to the next level and become a lead.

Tech requirements:

– FullStack PHP

– JavaScript frontend: jQuery, React, or Vue

– Backend: PHP, Node.js

– DB: MySQL, Redis

– DevOps: GCP, Docker, K8

– CI/CD: Playwright.dev (testing tool), Jira, GitHub, TestRail

Soft Skills:

– Ability to lead / mentor a team of 10 developers (assign tasks, control quality, code review).

– Proactiveness (don't wait for direction, figure out what needs to be done, find what else you can do to improve the product proactively).

– Experienced working with Indian teams.

Other conditions:

– Good salary

– 12 Ukrainian holidays + 15 business days of vacation annually are covered

– Direct contract with the USA entity

– Only developers from Ukraine are accepted

– Working directly with the leadership team in the USA and development team in India.
