Hello! We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist Specialist in a partner company. It is a company of cool specialists who promote their services in the highly competitive iGaming niche in the markets of Germany, Ireland, Australia, Canada, and the USA.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 3 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency in English at the B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level for effective communication with colleagues from abroad.
• Experience with various HR functions (LnD, C&B, HROperation, Recruiting, PR), ability to develop and implement processes.
• Experience with HRM (Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).
• High organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Onboarding:
Organization of the process of onboarding and integration of new employees.

• HRM Management & Wiki/Jira:
Maintaining a JIRA or WIKI to fill in information about company policies, etc.
Running HRM BambooHR with communication with OT/Admin teams as needed.

• Communication and branding:
Management of the company's public communications on Slack and social networks.
Work with merchandise, create an internal AdlerTeam store, and develop an internal currency system.
Mentoring and management of the company's external brand on Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Corporate events and Branding:
Organization of corporate parties and events ordered by the company.
Completion and expansion of the company's brand book.
Development, filling and sending of gift boxes (welcome box, New Year's, themed, etc.) with the organization of an effective delivery system.

• Management of HR Processes:
Mentoring the interaction of team leaders and recruiters.
Monitoring of job postings and making changes if necessary, working with recruiters.

• 1-1 meetings:
Organization and holding of 1-to-1 meetings regarding the closure of VT.
Providing feedback and support to managers and the team.

• Offboarding:
Conducting exit interviews and participating in processes related to dismissal.

• Analysis of HR-Metrics:
Analyzing the team's main HR metrics.
Development and coordination of an action plan to improve performance.

• Team Development:
Active work on employee satisfaction and engagement (eNPS).
Support and stimulate interaction processes within the company.
Help in resolving conflict situations to improve the working environment.

WHAT STAGES DO WE HAVE:
• 1st stage: pre-screen with recruiter;
• 2nd stage: interview with the hiring manager and CEO;
• 3nd stage: test task;
• 4th stage: referrals.
• 5th stage: offer.
