Targetologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Targetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on promoting dental services. Proficiency in both Russian and English languages is essential for effective communication and collaboration within our international team. The candidate must possess a comprehensive portfolio showcasing successful advertising campaigns. A strong understanding of document preparation, reporting, and budget planning for advertising campaigns is required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute targeted advertising strategies on Facebook and Instagram to promote dental services.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective ad creatives.
3. Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment.
4. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
5. Plan and manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in targeted advertising.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
2. Proven experience in promoting dental services is a must.
3. Excellent proficiency in Russian and English languages.
4. Demonstrable portfolio showcasing successful advertising campaigns.
5. Strong understanding of document preparation, reporting, and budget planning for advertising campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Understanding of design and marketing basics to contribute to the creation of ad creatives.
2. Experience in targeted advertising for other medical areas would be a plus.
