Head of Sales

Our impressive portfolio includes projects such as a medical initiative for surgeons, collaborating with the leading company Olympus in the field of endoscopic equipment, as well as integration of chatbots with generative AI into major banks and insurance companies, including leading German banks like Sparkasse and Volksbank.

And now, we are currently seeking a highly talented Head of Sales to join our team and take control of managing all innovative outbound channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the sales vision of the company, conducting meetings with potential clients to convert leads into deals and ensure that team management processes are in place.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Analyze outreach activities, particularly via email and LinkedIn, showcasing exceptional cold outreach skills.
- Lead negotiations and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales with a focus on high-value B2B deals.
- Exceptional cold outreach skills, especially in email and LinkedIn communication.
- Strong ability to convert interested prospects into long-term partners, ensuring sustained profitability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
