Who We Are Looking For: Middle Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the marketing team, responsible for crafting compelling marketing materials, coordinating product releases, optimizing website pages, and enabling sales to drive awareness and sales effectively. This multifaceted role requires strong project management skills and the ability to create engaging written content to effectively communicate the value of the company's products to target audiences.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles, focusing on B2B SaaS products targeting SMB.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling product releases, articles, and marketing materials, conveying complex concepts with clarity and persuasion.
- Excellent project management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across teams effectively.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization, sales enablement, and product webinar management is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and derive actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving, adaptable to changing business needs and market dynamics.

Responsibilities:
- Product Content Development: Create various marketing collateral, such as product releases, presentations, product articles, sales enablement, website content, and social media posts tailored for different channels and audiences.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
- Product Video Oversight: Coordinate the creation of product videos, from concept development to production and distribution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
- Product Webinar Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute product webinars to educate prospects and customers about the company's products, features, and benefits, driving engagement, generating leads, and nurturing relationships.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with internal teams to develop go-to-market plans for new product launches, identifying target customer segments, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns, providing valuable insights for decision-making.

Nice to have:
- HR industry experience;
- Experience in video editing for product tutorials would be beneficial
