Who We Are Looking For: Senior Email Marketing Specialist🚀

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in email marketing strategies and campaign execution. As a Senior Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, conversion, and nurturing leads. Your role will be pivotal in guiding advanced email initiatives that resonate with our diverse audience and foster long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Getresponse) and marketing automation; experience with HubSpot preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in any other email marketing platform is required.
- Create engaging copy for email campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights, including experience with A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and email design best practices, with the ability to create and optimize responsive email templates.
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (verbal and written) - must
- Fluent in Ukrainian (verbal and written) - must!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including planning, targeting, segmentation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to enhance email performance and deliverability.
- Maintain email marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to gauge the effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
