Product Analyst/Payments Research and Development Manager (offline)

We're rapidly growing and inviting a Product Analyst/Payments R&D Manager to our team.

You would be running such tasks as:
• Monitor competitor’s activity;
• Conduct a comparison of the product components;
• Make a deep market research;
• Research and help to implement of advanced technologies for billing methods for different markets;
• Define and analyze A/B tests to optimize product performance and understand user behavior;
• Track metrics and find points of strengths/weaknesses of competitors;
• Deep dive on payment user behavior: product funnels, customer journey, activity cycles;
• Investigate drops, conduct factor analysis and breakdown;
• Generate ideas and transform them into thoughtful concepts in the billing department.

Required skills and expertise:
• 3+ years of experience in online payments (PSP, GW, Billing Department in product company, in-house Legal Department etc.);
• Experience in Betting/Gambling;
• Understand KYC and compliance procedures;
• Knowledge of data analytics, product and business metrics to measure project success;
• Attention to details;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Experience in market research;
• Focused, organised, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative;
