The main sales channel is B2C in the markets of the USA, Canada and Europe, in particular, the most powerful marketplace Amazon (Amazon.com), where our products occupy the top sales positions in the Office Products/Home Office categories .

Thanks to our products, customers from different parts of the world can buy cartridges without stress, because we offer a quality product at an adequate price with customer support that works 24/7.

Over the past 6 years, since the company was founded, we have been systematically growing and increasing the number of clients, and this is all thanks to our team. This year, we are ready to bring our brand to the TOP-1 in Canada and Europe and to the TOP-2 in the USA, and for this we need to organize the team's work even better and help it achieve its goals. That is why we are looking for a sensitive and professional HRD in the team.

Why will it be interesting?

- You will have the opportunity to support and develop the already existing HR system built on the latest tools (focus on values and culture of development (according to the Graves methodology), OKR system for managing goals and team cohesion, developed KPI system, competency maps, development road-map etc.);
- Work in the expansive field of global e-commerce, where you can be at the cutting edge of technologies and trends: the use of AI, omnichannel, flexible agile/scrum project planning methods, systems for generating and supporting innovative ideas, entering into a multi-branding strategy, etc.;
- Join a small team of 30 charged, proactive people and have the opportunity to significantly influence the further development of the company;
- Take a key role in the development of a company that has no borders and has customers in different countries around the world;
- Work directly with owners who listen and are open to new approaches.

- When launching new products, there is a large field of uncertainty to which you have to adapt and react very quickly;
- Most of the team works in an office format, but 30% is scattered across cities and countries, which requires additional efforts in maintaining and creating a unified culture;
- There is a war going on, which in itself is a challenge in maintaining the team.

- This is a potential partner who is able to understand the business, knows how to support the team and help it move faster towards goals;
- Has 5 years of experience in HR: knows how to choose effective system solutions for team support and talent development, able to implement strategic HR initiatives, support business with a motivation system and other HR tools. Able to accompany the team in the long stage of changes, to help the team in every possible way not only to move towards goals, but also to enjoy their development in the company;
- Empathic specialist: enjoys communicating and supporting people, has a deep understanding of human nature and the ability to empathize. - Feels the needs of employees and is ready to provide support in all aspects of their professional development;
- Communicative master: able to communicate effectively at all levels (line employees, department heads, business owners) and formats (competent oral and written language), listen, and express ideas clearly, asking the "right questions". Strives to create an open, supportive environment for employees to express their opinions and wishes;
- Flexible and adaptable: able to effectively adapt to changes in the work environment, quickly respond to new challenges and provide constant support to employees in dynamic conditions.

What we expect from HRD:

- Participate in the setting of the company's strategic goals, develop the existing OKR system;
- Determine the development of HR directions in such a way as to help the team not only achieve goals, but also to do it environmentally and in accordance with the company's values;
- Promote the development and growth of each team member in every possible way: conduct regular 1to1 meetings, find an individual approach to each employee, help in the development of individual development plans, accompany the processes of Performance review, conducting surveys, focus groups;
- Analyze salaries, form policies for reviewing the amount of rewards, form effective bonusing systems;
- Accompany the entire life cycle of an employee in the company: conduct interviews with new employees, accompany adaptation, accompany growth or relocation within the company;
- Support and develop corporate culture: organize training, provide mediation in resolving stressful situations, conduct activities to strengthen company values;
- Build work with the internal and external brand of the employer;
- Work with HR metrics, analyze patterns, plan resources, work with the HR budget;
- Maintain and develop the current HR system, which is built using the applications Hurma (HR), Slack (corporate communication), Asana (organizational management), Miro (workshops, OKRs), Google Sheets (KPIs, accounting and reporting). For our part, we provide training and support on all organizational and technical issues.

- The rate is higher than the market rate (from 3000$ and over, we discuss it individually at the final interview);
- Annual bonus part (depends on the success of implemented projects);
