Junior Lead generation specialist (LinkedIn, emails)

Perfsol is the outsource IT company that is a member of InSoft.Partners group of companies. We are looking for a creative, open-minded, structural and systems minded Junior Lead generation specialist to join our team of professionals. You will work closely with a Sales team and C-level executives, where you will upgrade your professional skills in a supportive environment.

You will get a unique opportunity to participate in weekly meetings with experienced Lead generation specialists from 8 companies that are members of InSotf.Partners group to learn, share knowledge and experience, brainstorm and overcome obstacles together.

Job Requirements:

- up to 1 year of commercial experience in IT industry;
- know how to work with LinkedIn (create LinkedIn campaigns);
- experience with creating LinkedIn accounts;
- experience with any sales automation tool (Snov.io, Reply.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Helper);
- strong and effective communication skills;
- English level - B2/C1 is a must;
- open to absorb new knowledge and get experience;
- quick decision maker and a fast learner.

Responsibilities:

- work with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, create outreach campaigns;
- prepare roadshow campaigns for C-level executives;
- full-cycle lead generation - create a general campaign logic, write messages for it, collect a database, set up the tools, launch the campaign, and lead correspondence;

- create email campaigns - willingness to develop this direction.
