- At least 1 year of experience as a Researcher/Sourcer.
- Extensive experience in talent sourcing or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully attracting and securing top-tier candidates.
- Demonstrated capability in finding candidates for a wide array of positions, ranging from mid-level to VP roles, across various regions worldwide, particularly in Portugal, Albania, Spain, Lithuania, and Latvia.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, such as recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings.
- Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels in Europe, primarily focusing on Portugal, Albania, Spain, Lithuania, and Latvia.
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-intermediate level or higher.
