We are looking for an NOC Engineer to join our team!


You have:

At least 1 year experience in a similar position (NOC/Tech Support engineer or Junior DevOps relevant experience) — a must.

Hands-on AWS cloud experience
Confident Linux OS knowledge
Network troubleshooting and configuration
GIT and scripting skills
Web applications architecture understanding
Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Cloudwatch, etc.) and principles
Intermediate English language proficiency
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, drive to prevent incidents
Nice to have:

Basic skills of development (Java)
IaaC: CloudFormation, Terraform knowledge
AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline
Containers orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, GKE)
You will:

Monitoring and responding to incidents
24/7 customers support (8-10 hours shifts)
Network, Infrastructure, Applications monitoring, and issues troubleshooting
Metrics, Alerts, and Incidents analytics to finetune algorithms and thresholds
Maintaining and documenting monitoring solutions
Contribution to infrastructure automation and internal NOC tools development
Coordinating and interacting with development team
