Middle Business Analyst (offline)

Required:
• 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirement management tools;
• knowledge and application of business process modeling techniques;
• experience in writing regulatory documentation, creating business, functional and non-functional requirements;
• ability to work with large volumes of data;
• knowledge of the logistics domain will be an advantage;
• Higher Education;
• excellent communication skills, proactivity, experience with tight deadlines;

Tasks:
• identification and collection of requirements from the customers;
• analysis, formalization and specification of the requirements of the future product or in terms of already existing functionalities;
• identifying gaps and formation of proposals for optimization and improvement of already existing and future business processes;
• preparation of documented regulations on BP, issues for development;
• formation of analytical reports based on the results of BP optimization;
• interact with teams of developers, designers, project managers at the stages of development and testing 3rd party vendor.
• constant monitoring of changes in the market and within the company and initiation of work on updating processes.
