Junior Project Manager/Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Business Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Creation of applications in the system for payment of services.
* Preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
* Participation in meetings and preparation of reports.
* Organisation of top management meetings.
* Execution of the orders of the COO.
* Preparation of reports/data and collection of information for COO.
* Working as a project manager (coordinating the project tasks received from the COO, collecting feedback from the teams on the terms, status and issues of the task).
* Managing large tasks (the ability to break a large task into smaller ones, set priorities, dependencies, deadlines, who is responsible and how to implement such tasks).
* Communicating with related departments.
Skills:
* Structural skills (ability to organise tasks, information and workflows efficiently, strong attention to detail).
* Forward thinking (proactive mindset, ability to suggest improvements and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes).
* Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
* Project management experience (ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously).
