What tasks will be in front of you?
- User Acquisition management and optimization of marketing channels and funnels
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies for various business areas, including both new and existing products
- Promotion and development of new and existing brands, alongside the company's overall brand
- Oversight of marketing strategy execution across different business areas and products
- Comprehensive market analysis, encompassing competitor and consumer research, as well as addressing multicultural adaptation points
- Creation of positioning, naming, terminology, and value propositions for new products, along with their introduction to the market
- Consulting on and active participation in partner searches and community engagement initiatives
- Leadership and coordination of the marketing department, collaboration with other company departments
- Management of digital marketing activities
- Identification of new positioning opportunities and the effective management of product demand creation

What makes your candidacy particularly interesting?
- Broad expertise in classical marketing, encompassing consumer analysis, market dynamics, and brand development
- Deep understanding of and experience in B2C, B2B or EdTech sectors
- Specialized knowledge in UA within the children's market: budget management, traffic acquisition strategies, nuances of advertising channels, tracking and attribution, performance metrics, and creative advertising development
- Experience with product and marketing analytics, proficiency in hypothesis testing, familiarity with A/B testing principles, and competency in cohort analysis
- Proficiency in ASO, a solid grasp of optimization techniques, an understanding of app store algorithms, and proficiency in preparing application metadata
- Background in content marketing
- Experience in team building and management of marketing teams
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
