Marketing Trainee

Marketing Trainee is a crucial person in the RGray team. He/she is responsible for quite a broad range of tasks and processes. Being a young and open-minded person, a marketing trainee should always be supportive, trustworthy, and willing to assist at any time. Though, being a trainee, you have to understand that the majority of your activities will be validated and approved by Senior Project Manager and, in extraordinary cases, COO (Chief Operating Officer) or CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of RGray.

Primary Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities are stated, but not limited, to the following ones:
- Support regular link building process - create unique content pieces, find proper placements for them, and outreach the webmasters where necessary;
- Assist in content creation on various stages;
- SEO optimization, proofreading;
- Assist in Social Media posting: content, visual and schedule creation, post planning, performance analysis, and implementing improvements;
- Being engaged in Email Marketing, Community Management, and Analytics;
- Learn A LOT of new things;
- Try to take part in strategic discussions and brainstorms - after all, you’re going to be a rockstar marketer one day, which is impossible without having a strategic vision and ability to generate ideas;
- Having an understanding of the cryptocurrency market is an asset but not mandatory. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this area.

Working Conditions:
Full-time work — 8h/day or 40h/week (Free time management based on current KPI);
Deliver tasks on time;
KPI based Compensation model;
Treat RGray team members as a family;
Tell 2 new jokes every week.
