Job Summary:
Spacebring wants to change coworking spaces for the better! Our ideal candidate lives in Lviv, has solid communication skills, loves educating and helping others, and is passionate about technology and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
• Get to know our product and pass customers’ insights to the Product Team.
• Assist customers with learning and setting up the product by providing guidelines via chats and emails.
• Help with video demonstrations during the onboarding meetings.
• Maintain educational materials for customers about the product (e.g., Help Center).
What You Need:
• You’re excellent at writing and speaking in English and love chatting with people.
• You know how to convince people and prove your point.
• You get excited about new technology and are always ready to learn something new.
• You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and are comfortable with changes.
