…for a talented Head of Marketing who will build and lead the agency's Marketing Strategy, create short and long term deliverables to enhance our brand awareness, communicate our agenda far and beyond and synchronize Lead Generation, Sales and SEO efforts to fit the agency's strategic plans.

📌ABOUT YOU:
- You have a previous experience managing a Team of 3+ FTEs;
- You have a previous experience as a Senior Marketer or Head of Marketing working for a US-based company;
- You possess the ability to build Marketing processes from scratch;
- You’re an effective communicator;
- You have an Advanced English proficiency.

📌RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and implementation of a Marketing Strategy to promote company’s brand;
- Align all our Marketing activities with business objectives;
- Create and manage monthly and annual budgets;
- Analyze our customer needs and coordinate lead generation and sales efforts in order to promote our Value Proposition;
- Maintain and refine brand awareness and reputation level;
- High-level networking in IT and Digital with your personal list of media, partners, and influencers;
- Work with American and Ukrainian mass media and opinion leaders (contact with the press, creation of information drives, preparation of materials, control of the output of publications, communication, and content).
