We are seeking a Business Analyst with a robust understanding of software development processes and structures. This individual will be instrumental in aligning our product and service offerings with the technical and business needs of our business clients, acting as a critical link between our product management teams and pre-sales activities. This role demands a professional who can navigate the complexities of technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring our solutions exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Lead the collection and analysis of requirements from stakeholders to align software solutions with business and technical needs.
- Deliverables: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and process flows, to guide the development lifecycle.
- Pre-Sales Engagement: Support pre-sales activities by analyzing client requirements and contributing to solution design and proposal development. Use your product knowledge to facilitate cross-sales activities.
- Market Insight: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, technologies, and competitive movements, informing strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis role within software development, ideally with exposure to IoT Market.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex software structures and technical concepts.
- Experience compiling the business cases and making informed decisions based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
