We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative

Who we are:

Closely is an all-in-one sales engagement platform that helps businesses automate outreach efforts via main channels such as LinkedIn and email. Our platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead management.

Main responsibilities:

– Preparing prospecting sequences autonomously;
– Setting up meetings between prospects and the sales team;
– Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives in the next steps;
– Main prospects and clients from SaaS, IT-Service, Fintech, and HR Industry;
– Providing regular reports on prospecting activities and results to the Head of Growth;
– Identifying best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.

Main KPIs:

– Tracking progress towards meeting quota goal (booked demo calls/ appointments monthly).

Key Requirements:

– 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets/appointment quotas;
– Experience in different outreach strategies: ABM approach, Intent base sales, classical bulk outreach, highly personalised prospecting;
– Understanding how to work with sales automation tools;
– Understanding how the sales engagement & automation market works will be a plus

Closely Application Process:
– 1-st interview with Head of Growth - 20 minutes;
– Test Task: 2 business days for completion - 2-4 hours;
– Task Feedback with AEs and Head of Growth - 45 minutes;
– Job Offer.

The remuneration package includes:
– Monthly Flat Fee;
– Bonus system for successfully booked appointment.
