We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative
Who we are:
Closely is an all-in-one sales engagement platform that helps businesses automate outreach efforts via main channels such as LinkedIn and email. Our platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and lead management.
Main responsibilities:
β Preparing prospecting sequences autonomously;
β Setting up meetings between prospects and the sales team;
β Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives in the next steps;
β Main prospects and clients from SaaS, IT-Service, Fintech, and HR Industry;
β Providing regular reports on prospecting activities and results to the Head of Growth;
β Identifying best practices for refining the companyβs lead-generation playbook.
Main KPIs:
β Tracking progress towards meeting quota goal (booked demo calls/ appointments monthly).
Key Requirements:
β 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets/appointment quotas;
β Experience in different outreach strategies: ABM approach, Intent base sales, classical bulk outreach, highly personalised prospecting;
β Understanding how to work with sales automation tools;
β Understanding how the sales engagement & automation market works will be a plus
Closely Application Process:
β 1-st interview with Head of Growth - 20 minutes;
β Test Task: 2 business days for completion - 2-4 hours;
β Task Feedback with AEs and Head of Growth - 45 minutes;
β Job Offer.
The remuneration package includes:
β Monthly Flat Fee;
β Bonus system for successfully booked appointment.
