Senior Delphi Developer (Poland, Bulgaria, Romania) (offline)

We are currently seeking a Senior Delphi Developer.
Remote, full-time (40 hours/week), project duration - long term.
Location of candidate: Poland, Bulgaria, Romania (PE registered in these countries is needed)
We pay by hourly rate.

Requirements:
• You have at least 10 years of practical experience in Delphi development with recent version
(Tokyo) and older version.
• You have at least 10 years of practical experience in T-SQL development (SQL scripts / Stored
Procedures)
• You are familiar with relation databases and mainly with MS SQL Server
• You are committed in delivering quality software using best practices of Unit Testing
• You are familiar with versioning tooling (for instance Git) and with versioning flow best practices
• You are familiar with CD/CI flow (Azure pipeline)
Education & Soft-Skills
• You must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an IT-related discipline.
Certifications are a plus.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
• You know industry best practices and have experience with software systems.
• You can work independently but are also a team player.
• You have good presentation and report-writing skills.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written English.

• You are professional, transparent and you have a positive mindset
• You are active, dynamic, and assertive and are not afraid of being challenge driven
• You have real-world experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum
