Promo Lead (offline)

- Experience in the affiliate marketing or online gambling sector, preferably with 2+ years in a promotional, CRM, or account management role.
- Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, including the creation, management, and analysis of promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in working with marketing tools and platforms, with a particular emphasis on CRM systems.
- Experience in collaborating with product teams, designers, and external providers to execute promotional strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of promotional activities.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (Intermediate level as a minimum) to interact with international teams and providers.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Knowledge of marketing, promotional trends, and customer engagement strategies within the online gambling industry.

Your main tasks involve:
- Leading the development and execution of innovative promotional campaigns to engage and retain users across multiple platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and external partners, to ensure cohesive and effective promotional strategies.
- Analyzing the performance of promotional activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to achieve marketing objectives.
- Managing and updating promotional content and materials to ensure they are current, compelling, and compliant with industry standards.
- Engaging with CRM and account management to optimize user experience and drive customer loyalty through targeted promotional offers.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for promotional innovation and differentiation.
