Your Role:
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in launching our product into the global market and driving its success. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. This role requires a combination of product management and marketing expertise, as you will be responsible for both the product and its marketing strategy.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy to drive the successful launch of our product into the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment on product development and go-to-market strategies
- Define the product positioning, messaging, and value proposition to effectively communicate the benefits of our product to our target audience
- Lead the development of marketing materials and collateral, including website content, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement tools
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive customer acquisition
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation and optimization
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and optimize strategies based on performance metrics

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for innovation and a track record of success in launching and scaling marketing initiatives for tech startups. The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in product marketing roles, necessarily in the technology or fintech industry
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching products into the US and Europe markets, driving their adoption and revenue growth
- Strong understanding and ability to work independently with digital marketing channels, including influencer marketing, video marketing, content marketing, SEO, SMM
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Deep knowledge of analyzing marketing metrics to make informed decisions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and presentation skills
