We are growing and have an open position as a German Customer Support Representative.

Position Overview:

As a German Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our German-speaking clients. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing first-level support for our software, handling incoming customer inquiries via tickets and emails, and supporting various administrative tasks to streamline customer onboarding and order management processes.

Responsibilities:

First-Level Support: Provide prompt and accurate first-level support for our software to German-speaking customers, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions effectively.

Ticket and Email Management: Process incoming customer tickets and emails, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to address their concerns or inquiries.

Data Processing and Management: Prepare and process Excel tables, importing crucial data into the software system to facilitate smooth operations.

Help Center Setup and Maintenance: Assist in setting up and maintaining the help center, contributing to its structure and content, including the creation of tutorials for customers and internal wiki documentation.

Customer Onboarding and Order Flow Monitoring: Oversee the onboarding process for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial setup to order completion. Monitor and manage the entire onboarding and order flow, including creating customer profiles/orders in the client’s board.

Online Shop Order Management: Support in managing orders through the online shop platform, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.

Requirements:

- B2+ level in German and English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
