You have:
* 4+ years of experience in the affiliate industry;
* Excellent communication and leadership skills;
* Readiness to work in a highly dynamic environment with rapid industry changes;
* Advanced knowledge of English;
* In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, technologies, and best practices;
* An analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making;
* A strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations and targets; you need to be innovative and strategic.
