Junior Customer Support Specialist (offline) $450-600

The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems.

Working Schedule: 15:30 β€” 00:00 Monday-Friday

Mandatory Requirements:
Basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good written and spoken English;

Main Responsibilities:
Provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
Create and process support tickets;
Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customers in resolving end-user telephony-related issues;
Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
