Allocations(Influence) manager

Now we're looking for an Allocations (also could be Influence) manager. We are a company driven by a vision to combine data, experience, and creativity to significantly impact our field. Our mission is about building lasting relationships, not just making sales.
🎯Key requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in the influence marketing sphere.
- At least a basic understanding of the crypto niche and a strong desire to boost skills.
- Proven negotiation skills - you know how to get the best value while setting up a successful partnership.
- B2+ level of English.
- A self-starter mentality.
What will be a plus?
- Network in Web 3.0 sphere.
- Understanding/experience of the allocation process.
📝What will be your responsibilities?
- Conduct negotiations with KOLs regarding KOLs rounds.
- Manage the process of onboarding KOLs in KOLs rounds from A to Z.
- Strategize the process of KOLs onboarding and always optimize the processes.
- Pitch Tier 1 KOLs to make them participate in KOLs rounds of our clients.
- Conduct basic negotiations with clients.
