As AdOps Manager, you will join Admixer’s Platform Supply team in its efforts to help international publishers, mobile developers, and other digital media owners maximize their advertising yields with Admixer.HB+ and Google Ad Manager 360 platforms.

What you will do:
- Foster relationships with programmatic ad partners for Admixer’s proprietary header bidding platform and GAM 360 account to improve publisher monetization
- Perform integration and activation of new demand partners via Prebid.js and Open Bidding connections
- Liaise with Publisher Success and Admixer Network teams on enabling HB+ Marketplace and Open Bidding demand for the onboarded websites and mobile apps
- Optimize the bidding performance for each SSP based on the available reporting data
- Perform ad trafficking activities during the activation of direct advertising campaigns via partner SSPs
- Maintain a brand-safe advertising environment through validation of new inventory and ad quality monitoring


What you bring:
- 2+ years of Ad Operations or Account Management experience in the programmatic advertising space
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Applied Science or other relevant field
- Written and spoken English proficiency at Advanced (C1) level or higher
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience working with MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with databases and data manipulation
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
