About the product

Our project is developing innovative SaaS solutions for the taxi industry. Despite the fact that we are relatively new players in the market, we strive to ensure that our products become an indispensable tool for companies operating in the field of urban transportation and logistics. We are currently actively working to attract the first users internationally.

Our solution includes both web and mobile applications, supported by a powerful backend and an intuitive interface. We pay special attention to UI/UX design to ensure the best user experience. In addition, our project structure includes departments responsible for business operations and marketing, which allows us to quickly respond to market needs and provide high-quality service.


Responsibilities
– Establishment and maintenance of relations with clients
– Analyzing the needs of clients and providing them with solutions
– Client training and consultations on using the product or service
– Monitoring and measuring client success
– Development and implementation of measures to retain clients
– Cooperation with other departments to improve the customer experience

Requirements
– Advanced English level or higher
– Experience in customer service or customer success, preferably in software or technology services
– Basic knowledge of databases and analytical tools to monitor and measure client success
– Understanding of business analysis principles to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
– Ability to analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities to improve the product and meet customer needs
– Experience in developing alternative scenarios for using the system to achieve high results
– Knowledge of the basic principles and methods of product management to participate in the development and improvement of the product according to customer needs
– Ability to deliver effective presentations and training tailored to different types of audiences and their level of expertise
– High level of oral and written communication to establish trusting relationships with clients and internal teams
– Ability to listen empathically and understand customer needs, even if they are not clearly expressed
– Active listening and the ability to get to the root of a problem or request. The ability to highlight and record the main thing
– Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
– Ability to work effectively in a team and solve problem situations jointly
– Application of win-win strategy in conflicts

Nice to have
– Knowledge of software for taxi and ride-hailing services, including its functionality, features and integration capabilities.
– Knowledge of other foreign languages not lower than B1, especially Spanish
