Senior Email Outreach Specialist

Currently, we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Email Outreach Specialist to take full responsibility of our email outreach strategy. You will work closely with our lead generation and sales teams to build and maintain a successful email outreach strategy with a primary focus on generating sales appointments.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in setting up and leading successful cold email outreach campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of email outreach strategy and achieve key metrics (delivery rates, open rates,  conversion rates, client appointments etc.).
- Ability to design and implement successful email marketing strategy including required tech stack, processes, procedures, content strategy.
- Be able to work closely with the sales team and actively contribute to the content creation for the outreach sequences.
- Understanding of how ESPs build trust.
- Experience with HubSpot, other outreach tech stack such as, Seamless, Folderly etc.
- Strong experience in building and managing cold email campaigns targeting B2B clients.
- Knowledge of legal aspects of sending emails to specific countries (US, UK, EU, etc).
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations.
- Creative approach to the implementation of email marketing strategy for an IT outsourcing company.
- Be highly organized and able to create and maintain your own performance monitoring system and report on a weekly and monthly basis to the management.
