Required skills:
Have 1+ years of experience in Email marketing.
Have 1+ years of experience in the Gambling industry.
Can develop an email marketing strategy that ensures high delivery rates and channel conversion.
Are capable of implementing email templates based on Stripo from scratch, with proficiency in HTML/CSS for rendering optimization.
Can construct an omnichannel communication strategy involving onsite and direct communication channels.
Are skilled in building segments and automated communication flows.
Regularly analyze channel metrics, utilize A/B testing to enhance communication results and conversion rates.
Possess Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in the English language.
As a plus:
Experience working with databases of over 500k emails and sending out 2-3 million emails/month.
Experience with platforms such as Customer.io, Intercom, Sendgrid, Stripo.
Experience with other communication channels such as SMS, Webpush, and Pop-ups.
Responsibilities:
Sending communications according to agreed-upon plans and materials.
Monitoring the effectiveness of email campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and regularly conducting A/B tests.
Generating monthly reports on the performance of key communication channels and promotions.
Ensuring the health of the subscriber base and email infrastructure, and executing technical tasks as necessary.
