System Analyst

Компанія Telesens знаходиться у пошуках Системного аналітика для нашого аутстафного клієнта, компанії Київстар.

Вимоги:
- участь в комерційних IT проектах не менше 2-х років в ролі системного, або бізнес аналітика (вища освіта);
- досвід використання гнучких методологій розробки ПО, знання та досвід використання принципів SDLC, Scrum, Kanban, XP, WF;
- розуміння ЖЦ ПЗ (SDLC) та вимог, СI/CD процесів;
- досвід написання технічної, проектної документації: BRD, SRS, API SPEC, Admin guides;
- досвід формалізації функціональних вимог з використанням наступних технік functional decomposition, use case and scenarios, user story, state modelling, prototyping, interface analysis;
- досвід використання uml нотації для моделювання функціональних вимог (behavioural diagrams: activity, sequence, state, use case; structural diagrams: component, deployment);
- розуміння принципів побудови та досвід роботи з реляційними/нереляційними БД (Cassandra DB/ Oracle), знання SQL (select/insert/update/delete);
- розуміння та досвід з роботи протоколами обміну даними (REST/JSON/XML/SOAP);
- управління ЖЦ вимог (приоритезація/погодження/підтримка);
- досвід роботи з інструментами для управління вимогами: Confluence, Jira, GIT, СI/CD tools для моделювання: Enterprise Architect для аналізу: soapUI, Postman, IntelliJ IDEA, SQL Developer;

Обов'язки:
- формування URL перенаправлення для CSRToolBox;
- реалізація ручного налаштування змінних таблиць та зв'язків, повернення платежу LLD;
- виконання змін параметрів редиректа для складових верифікації абонентів;
- реалізація інформаційних push-повідомлень в рамках абонентських послуг, налаштування сповіщень та забезпечення їх доступності та історичності даних;

Буде плюсом:
- досвід роботи з Kubernetus, Cloud(AWS);
- знання в рамках телеком домену (бажано) архітектура білінгових, провіженінгових систем, vas (value added services), базові знання побудови мережі GSM;
