Full-Stack Engineer

Our client, an Israeli Ad Analytics product company, is on a mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Their Support team plays a vital role in achieving this goal, and they're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join the ranks and build cutting-edge internal tools that will supercharge their efficiency and effectiveness.
In this role, you'll be the architect and builder of AI-powered solutions designed to help Support Engineers by developing AI-based solutions. You'll be a part of the R&D organization and work closely with the Support team members, leaders, and other cross-company teams to understand their challenges and translate them into innovative technical solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, deploy, and document end-to-end services independently Such tools may include services that will ingest customer questions, search internal and external knowledge repositories, and suggest optimal solutions to Support Engineers, and other Gen-AI solutions.
- Craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces to ensure seamless adoption and efficient workflow integration for Support Engineers.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of your tools, ensuring they deliver on their promise of speed, accuracy, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with the Support team and other department stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on existing solutions, and identify new opportunities for AI-powered support innovation.
- Maintain and improve existing solutions and tools and constantly improve their performance and capabilities
What you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- A proven track record of building and deploying successful internal tools independently- internal products including backend, frontend, and database components
- Proficiency in modern back-end development languages and frameworks: Python, Node.js, Go (or similar)
- Proficiency in modern front-end development languages and frameworks: React, Angular (or similar)
- Solid understanding of database technologies: SQL and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Postgress, BigQuery, Athena or similar)
- Passion for AI and ML, with a strong desire to apply these technologies to solve real-world problems.
- Familiarity with Source Control Versioning tools such as GitLab or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment.
- A drive for continuous learning and innovation, always eager to explore new technologies and push the boundaries of what's possible.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with LLM (Large Language Model) libraries and frameworks with preference to OpenAI APIs
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent
- Experience in working with IT infrastructure such as OKTA
