Salesforce Administrator
🚀 Requirements:
— 1+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
— Proficiency in English, at least B2 level.
— Salesforce Administrator certifications.
— Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
— Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
— Ability to customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
— Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
— Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
🤝 Responsibilities:
— Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to workflow automation, process optimization, and data management.
— Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
— Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
— Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
— Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices, implementing new features and functionality as appropriate.
