VIP Account Manager

What your role entails:
- Engaging with VIP clients through various channels, including phone communication.
- Resolving issues and addressing inquiries from VIP clients promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients through consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with VIP clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Your success with us hinges on:
- Proficiency in written and verbal English at C1 level.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Loyalty Manager, or Customer Support Manager.
- A profound knowledge of and keen interest in sports.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Adaptability and a propensity for continuous learning.
- Demonstrated responsibility, proactive learning, time-management, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work 2 evening shifts (17:00 – 02:00) and 3 compulsory nights shifts (21:00 – 06:00)
- Willingness to work night shifts only will be a plus.
