Salesforce Administrator
π Requirements:
β 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
β Proficiency in English, at least B2 level.
β Salesforce Administrator certifications.
β Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
β Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
β Ability to customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
β Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
β Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
π€ Responsibilities:
β Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to workflow automation, process optimization, and data management.
β Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
β Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
β Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
β Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
β Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices, implementing new features and functionality as appropriate.
