Email Marketing Specialist

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you'll be a key player in crafting and executing strategic email campaigns that drive customer engagement and achieve our marketing objectives.We're looking for someone passionate about email marketing and eager to make a significant contribution to our team's success!

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns based on market trends and best practices.
Analyze data and report on campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Manage the email marketing workflow, including creating new workflows, adjusting existing ones, and finalizing prepared emails for launch.
Grow and nurture the email subscriber base through targeted strategies.
Segment the audience to develop special offers and personalized marketing emails (1-2 per month).
Craft compelling email content (text, design, and layout) to drive engagement.
Ensure the smooth operation of the email marketing system.
Select and configure a sender platform.
Integrate the email marketing system with GA (app.inqud.com) and CRM for comprehensive data analysis.
Connect Linkedin and Twitter subscriptions to expand reach.
Prepare monthly reports on email marketing results to measure success and inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

Solid experience in email marketing or a related field (e.g., digital marketing, content marketing).
English-Upper-Intermediate.
Strong analytical skills to interpret email marketing data and identify areas for improvement.
Manage multiple email marketing campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and workflows to create and manage automated email campaigns.
Basic knowledge of email design principles to create visually appealing layouts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams (design, marketing, sales).
Experience with A/B testing.
