The main purpose of our international B2B IT product, which combines information and analysis tools to establish relationships between information flows, is to minimize business risks for clients in the field of checking partners, customers and counterparties, accounting for legislation, analysis of court decisions, media monitoring and social networks.
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and visionary individual to join our team as the Head of Data.

Position Overview:
The Head of Data will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, identifying valuable sources of information, and ensuring the integrity and relevance of our data assets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of data analytics, market trends, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a clear vision for enhancing our product through strategic data utilization, identifying sources that bring added value to our customers.
· Analyze the market of information resources to determine the most suitable sources for integration into our product ecosystem.
· Stay abreast of changes in the information landscape, including new trends and technological developments, to maintain our competitive edge.
· Conduct comprehensive competitor analyses to identify opportunities for expanding our information base and strengthening our market position.
· Proactively establish partnerships with information providers, database owners, and legal resources to access critical data sets.
· Negotiate access to materials and establish cooperation agreements to expand our information base effectively.
· Develop robust processes and methodologies for evaluating, filtering, and analyzing incoming data to ensure its relevance and reliability.
· Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices, while creating an intuitive and functional user experience.
· Research and implement new methods and technologies, including automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, to maximize the availability of data sources.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
· Proven track record of leadership in data-driven environments, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Deep understanding of data analytics, market research, and emerging technologies.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
· Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships and drive collaborative efforts.
· Experience with compliance and legal requirements related to data utilization.
· Familiarity with industry-standard tools and platforms for data analysis and visualization.
