Technical Sourcer/Recruiter (offline)

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to make our recruitment team even stronger!
You will work remotely from anywhere on challenging projects and learn with a highly talented team to help you along the way.

We are looking for someone with:
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
- a passion for sourcing and recruitment;
- can-do attitude, inspiring approach, and out-of-the-box thinking;
- strong networking and communication skills;
- working proficiency in English is a must.

As a Technical Sourcer you will:
- develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and approaches to meet hiring goals;
- build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management;
- perform pre-screening to analyze candidates’ abilities;
- present resumes of suitable candidates to customers;
- work closely with the Tech Recruiter;
- keep the database up to date.
