Marketing Manager

Hi Friends!
Currently, we are seeking an experienced and self-driven marketing professional with a hands-on approach, who will help us build a marketing function from scratch and grow with us. Additionally, this role will involve serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Board in strategic marketing and brand management.

Responsibilities:
- Creating the marketing function from scratch, cooperation with freelancers and marketing agencies,
- Developing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing strategies for businesses within the group: IT and FinTech,
- Bringing the services and products to new markets, starting with the EU and the USA,
- Creating, launching and leading digital marketing campaigns: PPC, social media, retargeting, display campaigns, webinars, email campaigns etc.,
- Conducting comprehensive analysis to measure and optimize campaigns effectiveness,
- Acting as a trusted advisor to CEOs of businesses and the Board in strategic marketing and brand management.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in the marketing position/s in IT and/or Fintech domains,
- Experience in creating brands from scratch, as well as rebranding and bringing existing ones to new markets,
- Creative thinking and a flexible mind,
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with metrics and KPIs,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Upper-intermediate English and Polish,
- German knowledge will be a plus.
