Junior/Middle Frontend Developer for our startups with Team Lead ambitions (offline)

We have 2 active projects:
1 - Web platform for organizing competitions and challenges. We are developing it from scratch. Backend is already started, now we are looking for frontend developers to create a team.
2 - Sushi Delivery in Warsaw.
We are developing site for our Sushi delivery, using React/TypeScript. The main part is already written by senior developer, need to extend it by adding additional features and adjusting payment integration.

We are looking for a person with commercial experience in frontend, who will be interested in setting up the process of frontend developing team. You will work closely with Traine/Junior developers, will lead them, and be a mentor.

requirements:

- Commercial experience in frontend at least 1 year
- Good soft skills, ability to help other people
- Desire to become a Team lead and mentor
