Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Active search for qualified candidates through various search channels (job portals, LinkedIn, specialized communities).
- Processing of incoming requests
- Maintaining an internal candidate database.
- Pre-selection and assessment of candidates for compliance with the requirements of the vacancy.
- Assistance in supporting the candidate during the hiring process.
- Conducting interviews.

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in closing various types of vacancies
- Knowledge of English (basic, to be able to check candidates)
- High quantitative and qualitative indicators in closing vacancies;
- Result orientation, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace, proactivity
- Strong communication, negotiation and objection handling skills;
